First things first, mix all of those ingredients (except for the cilantro) together in a bowl. Get your hands dirty and really mix it well. Then, transfer the mixture into a dish that can hold about 2 cups of water. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Let's Get Cooking:

Grab a big pot and fill it up with about 2 inches of water. Grab a steamer basket and place it inside the pot. Turn on the heat and let the water come to a boil. Once the water is boiling, carefully place the dish with the pork mixture into the steamer basket.
